Unbrick/Manual install latest official firmware Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos (i9082)
If you have tried updating your Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos (i9082) manually or with any other incompatible software. You have ended up bricking your phone.
A bricked phone shows nothing else.
So here's what you got to do
- 1. Download the latest official Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos (i9082) firmware from this website called sammobile
- > enter device name as i9082
- > select the corresponding country and download the firmware.
- > Extract the RAR file with WinRAR (you can download it here)
- Download Mobile Odin software from here
- Install Samsung Kies for USB drivers from here
- Start the phone in download mode by pressing ( power+volume down+home) at once
- Connect your Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos (i9082) to pc via USB
- Open Odin if your device is connected it will show the port number in ID:COM section at the top
- Select the PDA and browse the downloaded and extracted firmware
- Check only auto reboot and F.Reset time. and hit start.
- The process takes about 15-20 minutes.
